Do I need to install anything?

How many channels can I connect?

What happens to my data?
Your conversations stay in your accounts. We connect to them; we don't move them somewhere else.
What if it answers something wrong?
It only answers from what you gave us about your business. If it isn't sure, it doesn't guess — it takes the message and passes it to you.
What do the extra minutes cost?
